Raffle Quilt

One of my major projects for the month of May was to organize the production of a raffle quilt for the Edmond Quilt Guild.  It still needs to be bound and have it's official portrait made, but here are some shots of it on my long arm.

For the design I combined and adapted work from two of Darcy's books.  The butterfly blocks are from Butterfly Dance [1] and the setting is taken from "Bunnies on the Go" in Bunnies & More.  The fabrics were generously donated to us by Marcus Brothers Fabrics.

The finished size of this quilt is 94" x 94" which is big enough to cover a queen size bed.  Tickets will sell for $1 each or 6 for $5.  If you are interested in purchasing tickets you can PM me.

[1]  Darcy chose the 9 blocks we used and enlarged them to fit a 12" block for us.
