Fractures Class

Yesterday I drove down to Patchwork Place in Norman and spent the day teaching a Fractures I class.  Billie has recently moved her shop to a new location and it's wonderful!  She's now just a very few short blocks from the Robinson St. exit of I-35, is easier to find, has more space, and lots better parking.  If you haven't been down to check out her new space you need to go.

I had 5 students in class and they each did an excellent job.

Next stop Hutchinson, Kansas for two guild programs and a workshop!

I like that fractured rose. And that's a great workroom with every person getting a long table like that.

And that's a great workroom with every person getting a long table like that. Yes, it's a perfect size classroom for about 6 students. Any more than that and it would start getting really crowded really fast. But a shop owner really can't afford to devote much square footage to dedicated classroom space these days. Real estate is just too expensive!
